Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (T-Driver premium subscription) within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – TADMIN GmbH, Marker Dorfstraße 78, 59071 Hamm, Germany, email: kontakt@tadmin.de – by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

4. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital services or digital content, the right of withdrawal expires where we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§ 356(5) German Civil Code, BGB).

You give this consent by ticking the corresponding box during the order process. If you do not tick the box, performance begins only after the withdrawal period has expired.
